The classroom space needs analysis Paulien & Associates conducted was a detailed classroom utilization study for the college. This analysis included meetings with the campus constituents and tours of the classrooms. Paulien & Associates reviewed the data on utilization of classrooms on the campus and provided a comprehensive analysis showing the average hours of use of classrooms and percent of student station occupancy as well as utilization by time of day, day of the week, by building, and by size of classroom and advised the College regarding the most appropriate number, type and size of classrooms in new construction being planned.
