With 13 years in community college administration, including serving as an Associate Vice President and an additional 14 years consulting with all levels of higher education institutions, Dr. Markley has gained in-depth knowledge in the areas of information management, research, planning, and policy-making. Frank’s management experience includes oversight of complex and college-wide systems. He coordinates and leads projects involving strategic, academic, and facilities planning.
Frank is a leader in community college academic and space planning. Working with numerous presidents, provosts, and higher education thought leaders on more than 180 campuses, he synthesizes large volumes of data, identifies program and space needs, and brings the disparate elements into focus to achieve successful project results.
