Educational Adequacy Studies

In today’s challenging economic climate, successful institutions strive to get the maximum benefit from their instructional facilities. Our educational adequacy studies can advance such efforts by providing a qualitative assessment that examines facilities for their functionality and determines whether they meet, or fail to meet, the occupants’ academic objectives.

To initiate this process, your consultant will schedule a campus visit to allow for a tour of the selected facilities. Meetings with campus leaders will also be held to allow your consultant to understand the functional requirements. Using the information gathered during the campus visit, your consultant will rank the buildings with specific criteria to show comparable information on the buildings’ ability to meet the institution’s academic objectives.

At the end of the project, findings will be issued in the form of a building-by-building assessment, in which the facilities will be classified according to a rating system which ranks the building adequacy criteria.
